VR Workshops for Libraries
Since late 2016, AIEA has been visiting local libraries and held workshops for teenagers, families, adults and seniors. Our workshops have a great track record with a high number of bookings. Our record was 20 seats fully booked, 100% attendance, with 45 teenagers on the waitlist. We are often blown away by teenagers’ incredible creativity and performance, because VR is really a magical tool to unleash their potential. Not to mention their performance or creations can be a source of great marketing materials for your library!
AIEA immersive learning workshops are a collective team effort aimed at providing the
best experiential learning and entertainment experience to children and youth. Each
workshop includes as a minimum the following services and resources:

Send us a message at event@aieaworkshops.org about your theme, date and any requirements. We will be in touch in three business days to discuss your ideas and plans.
Venue Inspection
We will conduct a 30minute venue inspection to evaluate the space and how to set it up. We will advise the maimum number of participants for the workshop. If you would like a short demo, let us know and we can bring it along to show you during the venue inspection.
Order Confirmation
We will draft a document to confirm workshop details and the space setup plan. It will include the marketing material that you can use, including photos and descriptions.
