VR Workshops for People with Special Needs
When we facilitate VR workshops in the libraries, we sometimes see kids with special needs come to join us. At the beginning, we met a girl with autism. Then a boy on his wheelchair. It brings us to research on a question – can Virtual Reality content help these special angels? And the answer is a big YES. We then spent time reading research papers, studying other countries’ examples, iterating on workshop designs, and so on. Here we want to introduce you five AIEA VR workshops that are all wheelchair friendly and suitable for different groups.

Venue Inspection
We will conduct a 30mins venue inspection to decide the space setup plan and the maximum number of participants. If you need a short demo, let us know and we can bring it on the day.
Order Confirmation
We will draft a document to confirm workshop details and space setup plan. It will include the marketing materials that you can use, such as photos and descriptions.
